Apache 1.3.12-2.2 + PHP4-4.0.3pl1-5

Hello,
  Just upgraded to Apache 1.3.12-2.2 .. It seems to be having problems with
PHP4 (4.0.3pl1-5)..

  If I try to start apache with php4 loading with all extensions enabled, it
crashes on start with an error

	apache: dl-close.c:122: _dl_close: Assertion 'new_opencount[0] == 0'
failed.

 	(I think i recall seeing this on the bug-report list .... )

  If I disable all php4 extensions and just load the core module, apache
loads, but everytime you try to query the server the child segfaults (noted
segmentation fault in the error.log)

  If I remove php4 from apaches module list everything runs fine (with the
exeption of my php scripts not running, of course ;)

  I original found the problem on a custom compile of -2.2, and found it
happens in the pre-built debian packages as well.. (happend with custom
apache/php compile, and prebuilt apache/php)
