	May I suggest you learn a bit more about this case before you
 start weighing in with opinions? 

	gnus and tm have no problem co existing on the sam machines,
 and different users may use one or the other without an
 issue. Indeed, for the longest time I used gnus and tm+vm in the same
 emacs setup without any problems (I do not know if this is still
 possible to do; I have not used tm for a while now).

	However, there may be an issue with using tm and gnus in the
 same session. I do not thikn this warrants a conflicts relationship,
 and I am not convinced it is a bug.

	A discourages relationship sounds interesting.
