why does syslog-ng remove anacron

Picked up:

 Package: syslog-ng
 Version: 1.4.8-1

built and installed on potato.

It removes anacron.

It removes sysklogd too. I guess that is ok. But why anacron? As far as
I can see, syslog-ng does not provide cron-like functionality, does it?
