libpaperg package information incorrect

Hi,

The potato distribution package lists have libpaperg
inlibpaperg_1.0.3-13.deb.  What exists on your distribution site is
libpaperg_1.0.3-13.potato1.deb.  This causes first time installs of
things such as ghostview to fail.
