ITP: mendexk



Hi there,

I have the ITP of mendexk.  This is a variant of TeX's makeindex
program, features much better Japanese support.  But it's damn slow
compared with the original makeindex, so don't use it if you don't
have to make Japanese index ;-)

The license is miserably non-free.  I'm still talking with the
upstream, but guess it will not change for a while.  Duh.
