umm...   libqt1 does not conflict with libqt2.  libqt1-dev DOES conflict wiht
libqt2-dev tho.  

but either way, libqt1 is no longer a part of woody and for many reasons
shouldn't be. (1: licensing, 2: no packages use it, 3: upstream recommends
upgrading to qt 2.2 anyways)
