I'd rather like the tags to refer to the 'state' of the bug, and
the subject being a problem with the user interface ... this
belongs into Subject:, really.

If we start adding such subject tags (aka keywords), we'll end
up with hundreds of them, and everybody will keep to invent new
ones.
