Making a page where help is needed?

Hi,

I'd like to make a WWW-page that lists places where help is needed in
Debian. You could e.g. use it to answer people that ask if they can help
(e.g. in http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0009/msg01610.html ).

The page should look like the following:

Project:
Needed experiences:
Need to be a Debian developer:
Long term job:
Time need:
Contact:

E.g:

Project:
Adopt orphaned packages
Needed experiences:
none
Need to be a Debian developer:
no
Long term job:
yes
Time need:
low/medium (dependent on the package)
Contact:
see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/

Project:
Translate the Debian pages to the language XYZ
Needed experiences:
good knowledge of XYZ
Need to be a Debian developer:
no
Long term job:
yes
Time need:
low
Contact:
debian-www@lists.debian.org

Any comments on this?
(Or did I miss that there's already something like this?)

cu,
Adrian
