ITP: cplay -- a front-end for mpg123 and sox

I intend to package cplay.
cplay provides a user-friendly interface to play various types of
sound files. It offers a simple filelist with which you can
navigate around looking for audio files and a playlist to which
you can add the files you want to play. cplay can play the songs
in your playlist in repeat or random mode, and offers the option
to store the playlist.

cplay used to be a front-end for mpg123 only. Since mpg123 is in
non-free, cplay would have to go to contrib. I have talked to the
upstream maintainer and he immediately added support for sox (thereby
fixing the main/contrib issue and adding more supported audio
formats). cplay can now go to main because it no longer requires
mpg123.
