Bug#69090: strange su / which / apt behaviour

Using "su -" fixes my problem.

On the other hand on most machines I do not need to use "-".

I do export the $PATH. I also source .bashrc in .bash_profile. And: for example
"strace ldconfig" works when su'ed without "-". So does "sudo which adduser".
I can also execute the commands in the ...sbin... paths.
