What is the correct way to orphan a package now?
Uploading with maintainer set to debian-qa@lists.debian.org *and*
filing a bug against wnpp or only one of these actions?

P.S.: BTW, Anthony, you should trim the mail that you are citing, and not
      resend the whole thing. Apart from saving bandwidth and storage room
      it 'll be easier to find your remarks...
