Is this keyserver synced to the usual keyserver network? (i.e.: will
updating a key on Debian's keyserver send the update also to the keyserver
network?  Does it try to update its own keys from the keyserver network
(without adding any new keys) every once in a while?)

PS: I went to http://keyring.debian.org:80/ to see if any other
documentantion was available, but got an Apache placeholder message instead.
Maybe I'm being too hasty? :-)
