Re: ITP gnome-applets



This is a terribly bad idea.  What can be the justification for
splitting them into so many applets?

With things this small, there is no significant space savings.  On a
machine running Gnome, that amount of space is irrelevant anyway.

There is no performance benefit.

There is no convenience benefit.  In fact, there is serious
convenience detriment.

Why do you think we call things a "package"?  Hint: It's not because
we're charging London aliens an import duty.
