ITP: LAML

I intend to package LAML:

"LAML allows the WWW author to use the power of abstraction and
programmed solutions in Scheme when he or she produces WWW pages. LAML
can be used for both statical markup purposes and for server side CGI
programming purposes."

I am not a developer, so I will need a sponsor.

There are several uglies in packaging this that I'm not sure how to
deal with.  For instance, the upstream package is distributed as a
.zip file.  Secondly, most upstream text files are in MS-DOS format.
Thirdly, it requires a Scheme interpreter.  The last is a sticky point
because configuring it correctly for different interpreters is not
completely straightforward.  I would appreciate a sponsor willing to
discuss these issues with me.
