ITP dict-foldoc-20000523 +debian dictionary

the 23 May version of foldoc, this package will include a number of
debian-specific terms and acronyms, including those submitted by Joey
Hess <joeyh@debian.org> in Bug#64197.

     Since this will include the debian-specific acronyms I added to
dict-vera 4.7, they will be removed from the next release of
dict-vera. 

     I will submit the debian-specific definitions to the upstream
editor of foldoc, but I do not expect that he will be interested in
incorporating them in the upstream version.

     Obviously, dict-foldoc is not a new package.  The reason for the
ITP in this case is to alert the developers that the new version will
incorporate these debian-specific terms.  It will be helpful to point
newbies to this package when they are questioning some of our special
terminology.
