Errouneous link in dist upgrade documentation

I have recommended Debian to a friend of mine.

He installed Slink from a CD-ROM, and then planned to upgrade to Potato.

The Potato documentation includes a section describing how to upgrade
using apt:

http://www.debian.org/releases/potato/i386/release-notes/ch-upgrading.en.html#s-apt-get

but the link to the apt package doesn't work.

Please update the link to reflect the real location.

He also had problems finding this documentation. Installing seems to
be one of the most important things to document. What about adding a
clearly visible link or note fairly high up in the documentation
hierarchy?

BTW, personally I love Debian, but it is really embarrassing to watch
a new user install it. It is more convenient to install Red Hat, and
it is much more convenient to install Windows98...
