Developer locations (was: Another Key signing request)

Hi to all,

Just had an idea and thought I'd share. Xearth allows you to plot points
based on town and county or latitude/longitude, and while Debian has many
members it's conceivable that we could try and keep track of developers and
their locations on Xearth - I'd be happy to give it a try. I could publish
jpgs of areas (Europe, Northern US, Southern US etc) linked to a database of
developer usernames, real names and e-mail addresses, all done over the web.
Given that it would only take a few seconds to add each developer, I think I
could handle the load. We've been using a similar technique to keep track of
the regular members of an IRC channel, and it works fine.

If anyone thinks that it could be worthwhile in tracking down developers to
sign keys, and for any other purposes, let me know what you think.

Regards,

Chris.
