ITP: macrosystem

Hi all,

I intend to package macrosystem, a powerful text file template system library in C++.
(text file template, not c++ template).

I am currently using this lib in a project (http://www.ddts.org) and I packaged it
for myself. This software is available from http://projects.nn.com.br/macrosystem/
and is licensed under the GPL.

I will be contacting the upstream author shortly. I am not a Debian maintainer yet,
therefore, this package will be sponsored by Remi Lefebvre <remi@debian.org>.
