Strategy on this:
I have proposed a fix for this on the Zope mailing list and am waiting for
comments. If there's agreement from the list, I think the fix should be
included in the potato package, since otherwise all daylight saving dates in
Zope are broken in a way. Without a feedback I'm anxious to include the
patch though, and I'm rather like to see the package released with the bug.
