Request for packages: xls2xml and xlHtml

Hi all, 

recently there are cases someone send us an e-mail with Excel
files attached so these might be useful.

xls2xml: convert from Excel to XML

and xlhtml: from Excel to HTML
http://www.gate.net/~ddata/xlHtml/

They are under GPL.  Is there anyone who is interested in them?
