I've put Japanese translation at

Language: Japanese (ja_JP.eucJP)
Character-set: EUC-Japan
Note that you can't edit file containing both Latin-1 and EUC-*,
because same code point are used in different meanings. Some editor
automatically converts character-set so that translated text will be broken.
