Logging capabilities to rc and rcS: new version of cafe

Hi all

* New modified version of tee can act either as tee or cafe (it depends 
  on if argv[0]) so it can be the same executable
  
  Also It includes a new argument that limits the amount of dump it can buffer.
  Before the limit is reached it writes to a message to the log warning 
  about it. It doesn't exit in such situations.

  It's based on shell-utils-2.0-5potato

  It adds +-90 lines of code

  Tee executable size grows from 15620 to 16860 bytes (debian/rules build)
