 When I comment something in Debian, I'm not looking for a solution for
myself, I know -8, I can create a telnet wrapper if I like. But that's not
the point. The point is that applications should support more than US ASCII
by default, without having to remember the switch to tell each application
to behave properly.

 Perhaps packages that can have i18n issues should not be maintained by
English speakers... =b
