ITP: namazu2

I intent to package namazu2.

Namazu2 is the namazu next generation which has some incompatible parts
with old namazu version 1.x (already in Debian).

Namazu is the full text search engine.

My namazu2 package include following packages.
 libfile-mmagic-perl
  Description: Perl module to guess file type.
   File-MMagic is Perl module to guess file type from its contents like file(1)
   command.

 libnmz2
  Description: Namazu shared library
   Namazu shared library.

 libnmz-dev
  Description: Development files for libnmz
   libnmz header files and static libraries.

They are built from one source package(namazu2).
