If

  (1) your script solves a inconveniency or difficulty on auctex editing
for emacs which is related to your native language (Turkish?)
and

  (2) installation of your script can be achieved without root priviledge,

then I can.  (1) is because this package is focused on improving native
language environment.  (2) is because the native language environment
is established by '/usr/bin/set-language-env' script which is invoked
by a user who want the environment, not by the root user.  In short,
'/usr/bin/set-language-env' modifies the user's dot-files such as
~/.bashrc and ~/.emacs.

I see. (1) is okay, because I heard of some tools that translate things written
in plain characters to turkish ones for text and for latex. It would be pretty good
to have a turkish language support package that provides these tools, and a
language-env which makes mods on config files so that things are hooked
up properly. (2) I have no idea if it can be done that way, but I'll check. And
I think I'll have to check their licenses. Though, the authors are at our school,
and I can contact them to change their minds if they haven't chosen a suitable
license for those tools.

You will need to rewrite your script to be written in user's dot-files
(by, for example, using shell alias in ~/.bashrc or changing emacs
variables in ~/.emacs).

If you are interested in adding Turkish (right?) support, please
read a document file README.i18n in 'user-ja' package.  'language-env'
package will be an extension to 'user-ja'.

I will, it seems interesting.
