This is a part of the solution. But the "education" part should be an
automatic sending of a kind of "greeting page" to a new subscriber
explaining shortly the basic notions :
- What is the list for
- How to behave on the list
- Where to look first before asking a question --- specially useful for
the users' list : a pointer to the FAQ.
I have tried the last weeks to ask listmaster, debian-admin : no answer.
I asked on debian-devel : no answer.
I asked Darren O. Benham : immediate and kind answer. But Darren is not
responsible for this task.
So, you want a filter for the wrong replies to the wrong list.
I agree.
But I'd like that we have *a* reply when we're asking to right people ;)
