As the submitter admits, it's not clear that this is really release critical.
However, a new (minor, bug-fixing) release of sudo was just announced, and I
intend to review it to see if this gets any better. If so, I'll propose putting
the new version in potato. If not, I'll put it in woody and downgrade this
to 'normal' severity.
