util-linux: bug#51936 can be closed or reassigned

Hello,

According to the BTS, the submitter of the bug ( Wichert Akkerman ;) and
the upstream author seem to agree that this is not a bug with cfdisk, but
a hardware problem | BIOS problem | kernel bug.

So I think the bug can be closed or reassigned (for the record, and with
a severity decreased --- this is not Debian specific...) to
the kernel package, until the responsible is clearly identified.

Any advice ?
