I suspect Jim Henson may already have the trademark and possibly even

Hm, besides the obvious Jim Henson trademarks[1] and the trademark on Kermit
in the field of endoscopes and ureteroscopes, the service mark in the field of
"...transmission...of communication" seems to already be owned by "Sopeiia,
Pedro Telleria"

The full description is: ``Commercial business management assistance;
advertising services, publicity; registration, transcription, composition,
compilation, transmission or systematization of communications and data''
