Agreed.
The package `ppp' _is_ useful when used with ISDN, as it supplies the
ip-up and ip-down framework that `isdnutils' also uses... `isdnutils'
currently "Suggests:" `ppp', but that doesn't work as planned with
apt-get, only dselect.
