This is not a bug in gnu-standards.
This is a bug in binutils-doc.
I am being deluged with bug reports about it because bug
submitters are too lazy to check for duplicate bugs. I have now
received seven copies of this bug report in the last 10 days.

*Always* check for duplicate bugs before submitting a new bug
report. I am copying this email to debian-devel in hopes that it
will stem the flood.
