libhtml-embperl-perl is orphaned.

I never ended up using HTML::Embperl at all.  I've maintained it for
the last year or so out of a sense of duty, but I've decided that the
right thing to do is orphan it.

I've just uploaded a build of 1.2.1.  There's only one bug open, but
it'll be a bitch---the build process is (IMHO) excessively dependent
on interactive input, and so you'll probably have to work closely with
the upstream author to make the process amenable to automatic building
once and for all.
