Hmm. Lemme think for a second. Basically, anything in the base system
that is pointed to by a symlink could have a problem.

Something like this should show you the files with
potentially broken permissions: 
    ls -laL `find /lib -lname \*`

Then you will want to check each listed file's permissions
to make sure it is ok.  Good luck,
