Seems very reasonable if we freeze potato in 4-6 weeks.

This, together with the libc, kernel and Perl upgrades should take a
good two months to debug.

I would suggest that if we aim for these three things initially
implemented within the next 4-6 weeks, and then freeze, we will have
more than enough work to do to debug all of the non-compliant broken
code.
