Isn't the Linux Focus logo a dolphin?

I can't see why we shouldn't be able to use an orca just because
they the use a dolphin! Please don't redraw your excellent
submissions to the contest. If they are to similar to the
Linux Focus logo they can be edited (made unique) afterwards
in case of winning.
