Download devscripts-2.1.3 from potato (it's moved to devel, BTW).
It's got about 20 bugfixes, several pieces of code thoroughly
rewritten, some new scripts, all in Perl or shell scripts.  In
general, far better than the old version.  And build was named debuild
to prevent namespace pollution.

If you use the new version, do check out the manpages first!!
