That's the one.

That's correct. gEDA 19990226-1 and above use it. So far gEDA has
a schematic entry program (the main work so far), a netlist writer,
a symbol checker, and a PCB layout program (gPCB, which I think is
a port of the PCB program (which is already packaged) to Gtk+).
