Intent to package: pppoe, lcap

Hi,

I intend to package the following two packages:

pppoe : user space redirector for ppp over Ethernet

lcap  : small utility for manipulating the capability bounding set of the
kernel.

For pppoe, I'd be packaging David Skoll's version, since it's GLP'ed, has a
manpage, works with stock 2.0 and 2.2 kernels and is generally more
complete than other implementations.

Both packages are simple, so I could have them done before the Jan 2
deadline.

Any objections?
