Yeah, but only few blind computer users own such a hardware solution.
The braille terminal has to be built for such a VGAcard interface.
You cant just simply buy only the VGAcard and plug it to your existing braille terminal.
Remember that braille terminals cost about $10,000 - $15,000.
So if someone bought a device without those VGA-cards he is stuck with his situation.
And in addition, this solutions are quite less common than in the past
because of compatibility issues.
