need new group video(mirror's group audio's functionality)
Package: passwd
See subject. There is no need for video apps(xawtv, my pkg) to be setuid
root(which is what needs to be done now). See http://bugs.debian.org/36720
Once this is added, makedev will create video devices with this group, and
xawtv can than function without being setuid root(it isn't now, tho).
