Status in Incoming (Re: Status of Potato)

Hmm, I think it's unfair because these packages haven't been handled
without any reason. 

Anyway, here is the list in incoming.  These are uploaded at least 
one month before...
(I've not checked packages first uploaded in October/November yet..)
