Zope persistent-CGI broke

I upgraded my "unstable" system on Friday and the persistent-CGI portion
of Zope broke. ZServer still works. Take a look at technocrat.net:8080
for an example - I have Apache running there at the moment and ZServer
on port 80.

The symptom is that pcgi-wrapper reads less than it expects to read from
the CGI pipe and prints "failed to receive stdout".
