Bug#25127: marked as done (autoup.sh bug)

I just used autoup.sh to upgrade from Debian 1.3 to 2.0.  Unfortunately, I
overwrote the transcript,
but the bug was that I had libpthread0 installed, and this conflicted with
glibc6.

Also, there were problems with the alien package requiring debmake, but debmake
was unconfigured.
