Warning: bzip2's libbz2 being splitted out in a separate package

All the packages depending on libbz2 will have to be recompiled to
update their dependency... The new bzip2 (and libbz2 and libbz2-dev)
package versions are 0.9.5d-1 (and the updated, still in incoming
0.9.5d-2).

These are:
	gnomehack
	php3-cgi-magick
	php3-magick
	rpm
	guitar

I have opened bugs against them and will NMU them in one week if the
maintainer hasn't contected me.

Note that I assume that by depending on bzip2, these programs were
depending on the bzip2 library not program. If they actually depend on
the bzip2 binary, then there's nothing to change and the bug might be
closed.
