No. Though I can see adding it.

One thing debconf lets you do is reconfigure packages after install. Just
run "dpkg-reconfigure package", and it's as if you're installing it again.

Basically, dpkg-reconfigure has to call the postinst again to make sure any
changes you make in your answers to the questions are seen and acted on. The
postinst is idempotent, so running it again is really no problem.
