Source for dpkg-perl?

Maybe I'm just blind, but I can't seem to find the source for dpkg-perl,
and the only binary I can find (for the sparc) is the hamm version.

tetex-bin pre-depends upon dpkg-perl, and while the current version seems
to work (I have a dependency on tetex-base yet to satisfy), it is
disturbing not to find the source.

Anyone know what happened to this source file?
