private list

request to change the list

Hi all, about one month ago I proposed a sort of ``ping'' of the
list of the wnpp page (http://www.debian.org/doc/prospective-packages.html)
in the section of the package that are in developing.
I fixed 2 important point:
1) the cut off of the time was setting about one year (more or less)
2) the persons (developer or not) that no not answers at the mail
should be remove from the list, and the program should move to the
wishlist section of wnpp page.
After a month here there are the results, there are some redundance
with a previous list posted on -private [cfr disclaimer], i'm sorry
for this.
