I need Japanized TeX but will not need multi-lingual TeX
for the next few years. Nevertheless I can imagine the
needs for it and I hope at least you can also imagine the needs
because this kind of imagination will help the promotion of 
i18n of Debian.

Yes, there may be many problems I do not know. (Sorry but
I can not understand the last sentence above. What you want
to say ?)

Yes I wish to do but I am yet one of long waiting lists for new
Debian maintainers :)

BTW, my LaTeX2e package is not Japanized LaTeX2e but
purely original LaTeX2e of 1999/06/01 version so it
is for all of you :)
It does not overwrite any files from tetex except latex.fmt
which is diverted to latex.fmt.old
