  This was a predictable response.  The situation will have to be handled 
much more carefully than this.  As far as the ArLUG is concerned, this is
just another linux site.   Mr. Coletti obviously misunderstands the situation.
I think it will need to be explained carefully and delicatly.  99% of the 
people in the world simply turn their brain off if they feel they are
being attacked or reprimanded in even a slight way, and go into a counter
attack mode.  Then an irrational and rhetorical exchange ensues.
 Its best to avoid such a situation.
  I can't write spanish, and I don't want to take the time
to write a careful response.  And I don't want to send a 
poor quality reposnse.  Maybe someone else can do the talking.
