Keep a copy of linux 2.0.x in Debian! (Was: Release critical bugs...)

I have some odd hardware that works better in 2.0.x than 2.2.x, so I put forth
another vote that we keep a kernel-* 2.0.38 in Potato, just have 2.2.x as the
default kernel.
